No display on your whiteboard, but display on PC monitor is correct? Try setting the display mode to Duplicate.
Instructions:
- Press Windows Key and P (Windows Key is between Ctrl and Alt)
- Select Duplicate on the menu at the right side of the screen
- Display is now duplicated to board
