Communicate InPrint 3 - Printing Errors

Errors in printing InPrint 3 files manifest with one quarter of the page printing successfully, with the rest as blank. This is a bug between InPrint and the Xerox printers.

Turning on Compatibility Mode

1. When in InPrint with a file open, click "File"
2. On the left menu, click "Settings"
3. In the new window that appears, click "System"
4. Check the box in Printing titled "Print in compatibility mode"
5. Click OK, then print as normal
   • If colour printing is required, click “Preferences” in printer selection window and ensure colour printing is selected.
